Gina Cramer Realty, L.L.C. was established on January 1, 2003 by Regina M. Cramer. We specialize in Residential Real Estate Sales, Vacant Land Sales and Recreational/Waterfront Sales. We are licensed to sell anywhere in the State of Wisconsin but specialize in Oconto County and the surrounding areas. Our goal is dedication in keeping our customers satisfied. Our company is locally owned and operated. We are members of the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW) Multiple Listing Service, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Suring Area Business Association (SABA).

My Business:
I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry for 12 years. With education in accounting and real estate law. I first received my real estate sales license in 1998 and immediately after that went on to receive my broker license. After 5 years of experience as a sales agent in 2003 I established my own Real Estate Firm working out of my home in the Suring area. After years of hard work and dedication I decided it was time for the next step. In May of 2009 I opened a new office located on Hwy 32 just north of Suring. I have a full-time assistant (Crystal Schroeder) and a part-time sales agent (Curtis Fifield). Our new location immediately increased our exposure and at the same time we are still able to maintain our small family owned business reputation.

My Family:
Family is my number one priority. I have two beautiful daughters (Birdee and Bunny) and a great husband (Pete). I love spending time with them. We love outdoor activities like fishing and hunting. In the summer months we love spending time at our family cabin on Maiden Lake. The kids love the water and we do too. My husband has an established Construction Company for 15 years(Pete Cramer Construction, L.L.C.) Specializing in custom residential home construction. We also have a Whitetail deer breeding farm "Oconto River Whitetails, L.L.C.". A fun family business to be involved in. The girls even already have their own business growing pumpkins and selling them at Grandmas Cheese Store (G'G's Cheese mart). We are very fortunate to have both of our parents living nearby. They are all very involved in our children's lives.

My Background:
I grew up on a small dairy farm near Suring and graduated from Suring High School. I was always active in sports and other school activities. (Still currently holding the 300m hurdle record for Suring High!) My husband and I built our home in 2003 and in 2006 started our family. This area is my home and always has been my home. I enjoy keeping active and I love the outdoors!

I am currently the President for the Suring Area Business Association and I am highly committed to being involved in helping the community as I donate my time and involvement to local organizations. Link to Village of Suring website.

Our businesses are not just our jobs they have become our careers and our way of living. My passion for the real estate business allows me to continue to be aggressive. Crystal has been with Gina Cramer Realty since February 2004. She is a full time Licensed Assistant here to assist the Broker and the Company with all the real estate transactions. Crystal is here managing the office, taking care of everything from advertising to assisting Buyer’s and Seller’s in their real estate needs.

Crystal and her husband Chris reside in the Suring area with their daughter Chloe and fourth member of the family, their dog Molly! Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and spending time at her family's cabin at Maiden Lake. Born and raised in Suring, Crystal is a Suring High School graduate and attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical Collage with an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Her past employment experience includes a background in insurance, sales and finance. She went back to school to receive her Real Estate License in 2004 and has been with Gina Cramer Realty ever since.

Curtis has been with Gina Cramer Realty since June 2004. He is involved in Real Estate sales part-time and is currently continuing his education in the medical field. He lives in Oconto Falls with his wife Julie and children Stephanie and Michael. Curtis is very involved in his community volunteering his time as an EMT and the local fire dept.
